What is Tealium?

Tealium offers its customers, in addition to a solution for tag management, with the Tealium Customer Data Hub a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that helps to collect and enrich target group-specific data in real time, recognize correlations contained therein, and then integrate the collected information into the company’s own data warehouse or BI tool. The data can be merged from over 1,000 customer data sources, such as the company’s own social media accounts, its own shop system, marketplaces or the cross-channel advertising tool being used, and the data enrichment takes place afterwards flexibly at the event, visit, visitor, or omnichannel level.
