Double bookings often occur due to caching or delayed database updates. Disable caching on booking pages using your caching plugin. In Amelia > Settings > General, enable “Prevent Double Booking” to lock time slots during pending transactions.

For heavy traffic, consider upgrading to a hosting plan with higher database I/O performance to reduce delays.
