What is LogMeIn Rescue?

LogMeIn Rescue is a remote helpdesk software that allows remote access to users’ computers or mobile devices. With the remote desktop software, helpdesk staff can take control of a user’s desktop, laptop, mobile device or tablet to detect and diagnose problems themselves. Technicians can perform diagnoses quickly and easily, check settings, make changes to configurations, download files and drivers, and explain the features of their device to users or show them how to use a particular application. LogMeIn Rescue also offers a helpdesk app with Rescue Lens. Rescue Lens combines interactive video and whiteboard technology and uses the camera on the users’ mobile device to send real-time videos to service technicians. By using whiteboard tools, technicians can draw and make notes on the customers’ screen. LogMeIn Rescue offers a free trial period. Prices start at 91.58 Euros per month when paid annually. There is also an add-on for mobile device support, which costs 31.58 Euros per month.
